Nicholas is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of law where he finished in the top 20% of his class. Prior to law, Nicholas attained his B.A. from Arizona State University and has been a licensed real estate broker for many years. He also has a construction and small business administration background. Nicholas' areas of expertise include all aspects bankruptcy, consumer law, real estate law, real estate contracts and brokerage, foreclosure defense, debt collection matters, debtor/creditor law, auto dealer fraud, automobile repossession disputes, auto finance law, lemon law, usury landlord/tenant issues, and commercial/residential lease negotiations. He also is an advocate for property owners and represents them in front of the local property appraisers at the Value Adjustment Boards throughout the State of Florida.

Dana L. Manner, Esq.

Dana has worked in the field of finance and investments for several Fortune 500 companies, Wall Street investment firms, and has held various management positions. Before entering law school, Dana held the position of Director of Finance for a division of a large NYSE listed company, headquartered in Miami.
Dana is a graduate from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in finance from the University of Miami. Currently he teaches as an adjunct faculty member and lectures to undergraduate students in the School of Business Administration.
